For years I denied having a hearing loss. After the urging of my husband, and after meeting our insurance deductibles, I decided to face my fears. I called MA and spoke with Ali and made the appointment. From our first time we spoke to 5 days later when I received my hearing aids, I could not have asked for a better experience. First off I’m a 60-year-old Man. I didn’t realize how helpful a hearing aid would actually be. So I recommended to anyone with any sort of hearing loss. It’s been a game changer for me. As far as Olivia and the team they are outstanding. Extremely informative and helpful for me to understand my options and where my hearing is affected. This group is awesome. Was recommended by my PCP for tinnitus. Had hearing test and my caregiver Jamie did a great job and recommended I get a hearing aid. Met with Val, who is an audiologist, in their facility as well.
