Morgan Remodel is a renovation contractor that stood out to us because of the quality of their workmanship. It’s one of their most impressive qualities, and we’re glad they didn’t let us down.
Consultations are very thorough, and they can give you a rough estimate, which we have to say, has been mostly accurate. The design process has been smooth as well, given that clients had no issues with the functionality and aesthetics.
We were impressed by their comprehensive basement renovation service. They don’t stop at flooring and painting, since they’re also experienced in plumbing, electricals, and even custom carpentry—very nice for custom additions.
We’re being fussy, but their basic basement package doesn’t include flooring. It’s not a big deal since their services are customizable, and you can receive financing if the additions are a little out of your budget.
But how does their workmanship fare? Very, very well, even in old home restorations. They back this up through their 5-year guarantee.

When it comes to the quality of work, we weren’t disappointed. Due to their personalised approach, they managed to bring the client’s vision to reality, without going over budget.
They don’t have the biggest team, however. We noticed that when they’re busy, there won’t be someone on the team readily available for consultations.
