A close relative hired Bath Experts because she heard its staff could do the job. We were skeptical at first, but they came through. Apparently, it’s a company guarantee that it can deliver without sacrificing quality.
Their craftsmanship is simply top-notch. The tiles are precisely and flawlessly aligned, fixtures are fitted perfectly and cleanly, and caulking lines are smooth and straight. Everything works well too, and the final design blends function with style.
Moreover, their one-day turnaround time is seriously impressive. This means you’re not left waiting long, and the work is completed efficiently.
We also appreciate the monthly offers, including 50% off installations and flexible payment options. However, these offers don’t entirely offset the fact that their renovation services are quite expensive, likely priced around 10% above the industry average.
Besides that, several clients have shared that booking with Bath Experts can be challenging. Many of them shared that it took them 1-2 weeks to get a confirmation for an inspection.

But the company’s deliberate and meticulous work process is a double-edged sword. While it ensures that all relevant details are thoroughly addressed, it can also be somewhat rigid and occasionally slow.
Regardless, another thing that gives us peace of mind is their strong reputation. Updike holds an A+ Better Business Bureau and even received the Super Service Award from Angie’s List in 2019. These kinds of recognitions are reassuring.

We’ve also seen firsthand how each renovation is done with utmost care, precision, and skill, which we really admire.
Moreover, we appreciate how they make things financially easier for their clients. They offer occasional promotions, like $1,000 off or “buy now, pay later” options.
But what we love most about New Bath Today is how they go the extra mile to help veterans get approved for a Home Improvements and Structural Alterations (HISA) grant. This special aid is a great homage to the country’s soldiers.
But then again, a good friend told us securing an appointment with them can be hard. He mentioned waiting for a week to get a reply.

“We had our one-piece bath/shower combo removed and a walk-in shower installed by New Bath. We absolutely LOVE our new shower! The process was so easy, and the installation was done in one day. It looks just beautiful. We chose to not have the glass doors, but continue to use our shower curtains.
