The people at the front desk are always so nice. They remember my dog’s name every time he comes in. My dog has a great time there each time. When he comes home, he just naps until dinner. I was scared at first because my dog was attacked at a different doggy daycare, but they reassured me and made me feel comfortable with letting my dog attend daycare there. Knowing that a veterinarian oversees the operations gives me great comfort regarding their rigorous health and safety protocols.
Also, when my flight got delayed late last year, their continuous facility access saved me from a major scheduling headache.
It’s also worth highlighting that their play areas are well-designed, complete with heated floors and misting stations for ideal climate control year-round.
While you can drop off your companion at any hour, remember that doing so outside of regular business hours will incur extra fees.
Nonetheless, they provide an incredibly convenient setup overall for frequent flyers who need flexible and safe lodging for their furry family members.

Our dog, Fezzick, loves going to Priority Boarding! The team there takes such great care of our old guy. They have a special section that is a bit quieter for him which helps with the anxiety of being away from his humans. Fezzick loves the special play time he gets with the staff when he visits. Wonderful staff! The establishment is clean and organized. It was clear in all the report cards that our boy was enjoying his time at Priority. They allowed me to extend to extend one of my reservations due to a death in the family. This is the second time I’m boarding my dogs here, and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I’m gone. I’m allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning. 🩷

It’s a long drive for me, but they’ve always done a good job with my dog Zeus. As you can see from the pics after a recent grooming session – happy and pretty. 🐶
Staff are nice. Nice facility. Big area for the dogs to go potty outside before going in and when leaving. They also have a waste station with disposable bags you can use as well to pickup up after your dog. Which you should! Be responsible. Keep things clean for others.

Tucked away in a beautiful setting just minutes from the downtown area, the property features a natural environment with guided walks.
There’s also a dedicated outdoor play yard where they can burn off energy, and the spacious indoor-outdoor runs give the animals the freedom to move around and enjoy fresh air all day long.
I love how the staff takes a wonderfully personalized approach here. Repeat clients I’ve spoken with praised how they treat every guest individually and make a point to speak to them by name for a homely feel.
The main drawback to planning around is their midday closure during the week, which prevents drop-offs or pick-ups between noon and three o’clock
Nonetheless, they’re perfect for comprehensive care under one roof, making it a great alternative if you’re also looking for pet grooming in Indianapolis alongside specialized skin treatments.

Our huge GSD (105+ lbs and tall) with horrible separation anxiety always loved his time at Sleepy Hollow (usually 2-3 day trips). He could be a handful and very particular about handling, but they always accommodated our sweet boy and welcomed him. If needed, they even reinforce the kennels for strong, determined pups like him. 🙂 We were always so grateful to have a boarder we could trust to keep him safe and happy even through his anxiety!
