They were clear in their estimate, but for the amount of work involved, I feel the price was a bit steep. Still, it is hard to find a company that communicates clearly, and follows through with their promised service without any “issues” popping up. The Mold Removers were able to do that.”

“The mold removers did good work for us. They solved our issue. They were very polite and they took care of the inside of our house wonderfully. It took them quite a while to get to us simply because they don’t have adequate staffing for the work available to them. They did get to us within the time frame they initially indicated which we appreciated. We endorse the approach of not hiring people just to get more work done but waiting to find the right people to hire. The results speak for themselves. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the crew that worked on her home emptied the residual cleaning chemical onto our recently stained wooden deck and bleached it, trashing the finish. While it did not damage the deck structurally it did make it unsightly and required a fair amount of additional work to get it to a state where it looks reasonable. As the damage was already done there wasn’t much to do about it. Unfortunately there was no offer of anything to attempt to repair or recompense the damage. I am confident that if you have a mold issue they will take care of it.”
