What made us include them? Their meticulous approach, from consultation to after-service.
The thorough consultation is definitely helpful, especially for first-time clients who aren’t sure what the process is like, but a few weeks’ wait is expected due to their busy schedule.
That means they’re booked, no? And it’s not surprising, because these guys know what it takes to lift, level, and smooth out a concrete job—precise workmanship, overall.
They’re not picky when it comes to accepting jobs, big or small, including slab repairs, driveway leveling, pool deck lifting, and concrete protection. Additionally, they offer several kinds of sealers, all awesome choices depending on your preferred look.
Given how busy this company is, we were surprised by its level of professionalism and attention to detail. They were responsive, offered financing options based on various budgets, explained the whole process clearly, and left the sites spotless.

For almost two decades, CL Concrete has provided Indianapolis with concrete solutions, and that’s not a pun. They specialize in patios, driveways, sidewalks, and walkways—basically, both decorative and regular concrete jobs.
It’s just unfortunate that commercial clients can’t hire them. The service we’ve seen has been super thorough, starting from walking their clients through the process to ensuring they leave the site clean and tidy.
They give their clients what they want, even going above and beyond by wiping down the areas they’ve been in and cutting grass on the edge of the concrete driveway. The level of care they show in every property is, honestly, exceptional.
The concrete work we’ve seen has been smooth, leveled, and without cracks. It would be a 10 out of 10 if not for some gaps in communication, like wrong quotations.
But all in all, we’re impressed. The competitive pricing, 24/7 customer service, and workmanship quality are top-notch.

It’s like Concrete Indy doesn’t know how to take a break, because these folks are open daily, with 24/7 customer support the majority of the week. As a locally-owned company, they know exactly what works best for Indy weather.
Judging by the jobs we’ve seen, they have the expertise to work on residential and commercial concrete work, whether it’s a short pathway or a whole basketball court. Plus, they also offer epoxy and hardscaping services—an all-in-one provider!
But how sturdy are these? Very. Their attention to detail is impressive because their concrete projects have lasted without problems, even years later, which speaks volumes about their pouring and sealing techniques.
The post-work service could be better, since some clients felt that the team responded more slowly than normal. That’s not a usual occurrence, thankfully.
The overall experience we’ve witnessed has been smooth, mainly because the concrete contractors finished their jobs right on schedule for a competitive price, which was accurately quoted.

Indiana Foundation Service, as its name suggests, specialises in foundation repairs. They have over three decades of experience, which you can see in the jobs they’ve done.
Their expertise includes crawl space repair, concrete lifting, and basement waterproofing. All these are great, but they still fall short compared to other concrete contractors in Indianapolis, since they mainly do repairs.
It’s fine because that doesn’t restrict their quality workmanship. During our surveys, we found out that they were very meticulous about their work, which is incredible since most of their jobs include stabilizing structures.
When it comes to customer service, they were mostly responsive, except for some minor oversights when their staff failed to respond on time, despite being open daily.
It was smooth during the projects, though. Their contractors started and finished on time (sometimes, even quicker than anticipated) and left the site spotless.
We want to mention their honesty because they kindly turned down jobs they knew they couldn’t do, which shows their commitment to quality workmanship.
Absolute beasts

One of the things we like about Abrams Group Concrete is its ability to work on big projects. And when we say big, we mean as big as office buildings and warehouses.
That doesn’t mean they don’t accept small jobs, because they still work on residential projects, like driveways and fire pits. Their range of services is pretty incredible, since they can do almost any kind of concrete projects, such as parking lots and hardscaping.
Their design services are worth mentioning, where they will assist in conceptualizing a couple of styles that will work for your property and budget. Frankly, the outcome has been excellent, since they focus on aesthetics and functionality.
But quality work sometimes comes with a higher price tag, which is the case here. Don’t worry, because the quality and customer service reflect the final cost.
Additionally, they’re available for emergencies 24/7. These folks respond quickly, and they don’t shy away from contacting clients almost every day to keep them updated—a solid concrete contractor, overall!
