AHI Corporate Housing

Areas Served: Indianapolis, IN

Contact: 800-505-9001

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time

AHI Corporate Housing stands out by offering fully equipped, pet-friendly corporate apartments, tailored with special home office packages. They’ve been in the industry for more than 35 years, and that experience shows in how thoughtfully the units are set up.

One of the first things that stands out is the size. These apartments can offer up to twice the space of a typical hotel room, which makes a big difference when you’re staying for more than a few nights.

Each unit includes a full kitchen, making it easy to cook your own meals rather than rely on takeout. You’ll also find an in-unit washer and dryer, which adds a level of convenience that many hotels can’t match.

Altogether, the setup feels more like living at home than staying in temporary housing.

One thing to keep in mind is their weekday-only office hours. The corporate office operates Monday through Friday, so weekend arrivals may need extra planning if administrative help is required.

During regular hours, though, support from the local team is generally reliable.

Pros

  • Exceptionally spacious floor plans
  • Fully equipped kitchens in every unit
  • Standard in-unit washers and dryers
  • Optional office equipment packages

Cons

  • Corporate office closed on weekends
  • Weekend arrivals lack immediate support

The Waverley Apartments

Website: https://www.homeisthewaverley.com/living-here/furnished-apartments

Address: 140 Pope St.

Contact: 317-800-7017

Hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday By Appointment Only, Sunday Closed

The Waverley Apartments excels as a luxury downtown community providing move-in-ready furnished units with highly flexible lease terms. The location is incredibly walkable and keeps you close to major dining spots and Circle Centre Mall.

I stayed here for three months during a work project and absolutely loved the easy access to local coffee shops.

The apartments are completely set up before you arrive, so you never have to worry about buying or assembling furniture.

Residents also have full access to fantastic community amenities, including the modern fitness center.

Just note that they have limited office hours on weekends. The leasing office is entirely closed on Sundays, and you have to schedule an appointment for any Saturday visits or assistance.

This can be slightly frustrating if an unexpected issue pops up on a weekend.

Still, I believe that the overall comfort and prime location definitely make up for that small drawback.

Pros

  • Highly walkable downtown location
  • Flexible contracts from 3 to 15 months
  • Total access to luxury community amenities
  • Completely move-in ready spaces

Cons

  • Leasing office closed completely on Sundays
  • Saturday assistance requires an appointment

Customer Reviews:

I lived at the Waverley for a year and a half and loved every moment of it! The location is very safe and secure, and is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. My unit was directly off of East st. and faced west so I had an amazing view of downtown Indy! It does get a little noisy at times since the apartments are right next to a train track and helipad, but you will eventually get used to it. The office staff is extremely friendly and are all very helpful! If I were to live downtown Indy again, I would 100% come back to the Waverley!

Lived here almost 2 years. Best apartment experience of all the many that I’ve lived in. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very prompt and courteous. They do community events for people interested in that sort of thing, and the amenities were great. Yes, there is some noise from nearby train and helipad, but that never bothered me and I did not find it disturbing. Would highly recommend living here!

Contact: 317-779-1087

Hours: Flexible

Indy Furnished Rentals focuses on providing highly accessible, budget-friendly furnished properties tailored for travel nurses and healthcare professionals. These rentals are strategically located near major hospitals, making daily commutes easy.

The base rental rates are very competitive, starting as low as $800 per month. Even better, all essential utilities and internet are conveniently bundled into the rental cost.

Every property is professionally cleaned before you move in, so you won’t need to hire a separate cleaning service. You will also find all essential bed linens and towels already provided.

They also offer self-check-in capabilities around the clock for maximum flexibility.

That said, the properties operate on a monthly pricing model (e.g., from $800/mo). This limits flexibility and availability for travelers who only need accommodations for a few days.

It’s still a fantastic option for medical staff needing affordable housing. You get a comfortable space without breaking the bank.

Pros

  • Self-check-in capabilities around the clock
  • Professionally cleaned with linens provided

Customer Reviews:

This is my third time staying with Indy Furnished Rentals, and once again, Ariel delivered excellent service. This last time, I took an assignment in Anderson, Indiana and called Ariel to book again in Indianapolis. To my surprise, he had just finished listing a newer apartment in Anderson, only one block away from St. Vincent, right where my assignment was located. I’m so glad I called him! The location was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent as usual. Highly recommend Indy Furnished Rentals to any traveling professionals looking for quality housing.

Very helpful landlord. He truly enjoys what he does. Was available for any maintenance issues. Property was clean at time of rental. Pictures were as expected.

Landlord prorated and gave deposit back when contract was canceled. He was very understandable and fair. Will definitely recommend his properties.

Customer Reviews:

We have been utilizing WorkStay and their team for quite a while now. They are always very accommodating, professional and responsive.

DoorDashers frequently comment on how nice the house looks where we have been staying.

Damien (with WorkStay) even had one of his team members come to the house last minute to help with a dead car battery and drive us to get a new one! I am very impressed with and grateful to them. We definitely recommend WorkStay whether you’re traveling for work or pleasure.
