Friendly and welcoming
Excellent experience! A little slow with getting out of the waiting room but everything else was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a simple procedure but Dr. Chernoff took the time to draw a picture to explain what he was going to do. He gave stats on what to expect with healing and was very knowledgeable. You could tell he’s done this a million times, which put me at ease. They sent me home with a bag full of wound care supplies, which I was not expecting but really appreciated. Would highly recommend this practice!
