A close friend mentioned how much the facility’s family-centered recovery model helped their entire household heal together.
The staff treats individuals with dignity, offering round-the-clock admissions so help is always available.
A downside to keep in mind is that some individuals have experienced unclear communication and a lack of adequate guidance when transitioning between different levels of care.

I completed the drug and alcohol treatment program in March of 2023, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Very nice facility and the staff is amazing they are super helpful and willing to do pretty much everything you need! I completed my 28 day program at Avenues and I feel like a completely different person from who I was walking in. I was nervous and they made me feel safe. The providers and bhts helped me feel more comfortable during my first week. My therapist, Valia was wonderful at listening and helping me through some issues. My case manger, Kat, helped me through some difficulties and helped me get into a program after here. I would not be sober today if not for this life-changing, life-saving experience.
