If I could give them more stars I would. Incredibly friendly and helpful. My screen was broken but there was another complicating factor, rather than charging me more they looked up my laptop and saw it still had a warranty. My laptop is used so I had no idea. The gentleman who helped me with my hp was great he answered all my questions made sure I was informed and let me go next door to go shopping with my daughter while he was working on my laptop.
