1. Twisted Wings

Contact: (317) 377-4171
Hours: Sunday to Saturday 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Finding late-night dining options near uni can be a hassle, but Twisted Wings caters specifically to after-hours diners with an impressive lineup of house-made signature sauces.
You get a solid variety of poultry preparations here, and their hearty appetizer pairings, like fried pickles and street corn, really round out the meal.
I recently stopped by to grab one of their convenient meal bundles, which includes 15 traditional or boneless wings, two dips, large fries, and two drinks, and the rich flavor absolutely hit the spot!
It’s just frustrating that they don’t do deliveries. You’ll have to arrange your own transportation or rely on third-party apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats to get their wings at home.
Single diners might also feel left out by their daily deals; the “Traditional Tuesday” and “Boneless Wednesday” specials, for example, require a 15-wing minimum purchase.
If you’re a first-time buyer, though, you even get a 10% discount when you sign up for their newsletter.

This place is worth reviewing which I don’t do much. Im a chicken wing connoisseur and these guy’s wings are fudging amazing. Im from out of town and am trying to rationalize a way to go there again in the next few days. Don’t sleep on the Mango smoothie. It might actually have impressed me as much as their wings. Real ripe mangos, just so good

Love the atmosphere, food, beer selection, and service. Waiter made a great suggestion and definitely knew what he was talking about. The boneless wings are some of the best “wings” I’ve ever had, but keep in mind that they’re different from a typical boneless wing from somewhere. It’s such a great cut of chicken that they use. The larger pan pizza was great and gave me a ton of leftovers. Definitely look forward to future trips.

Got the boneless wings. Normally, i call those “chicken nuggets.” At least that’s what you get from other wing places, but these were in no way a chicken nugget. They were amazing, actual peices of chicken hand cut, lightly breaded, and deep fried. I will only eat boneless wings from this place now on.

You get a solid variety here, from traditional and boneless wings to chicken tenders. These are then paired with hearty sides like hush puppies, fried pickles, and even fried biscuits with apple butter.
I recently grabbed one of their traditional wing baskets, which comes with seasoned fries and a side of ranch, and the flavor was spot on.
They’re especially known for friendly service; regulars often rave about “Auntie” and how the staff welcomes full orders just minutes before closing.
They don’t do native deliveries, though. You’ll have to head to their Michigan Road location or use third-party delivery apps.
Also, while “80-Cent Wing Tuesdays” are a great value, they can lead to significantly longer wait times. If you’re a first-time buyer, ask about their lunch specials, which offer a full meal at a discounted rate.

Just moved to Indy and found my wing spot. The chicken was lip shmackingly delicious. Never had better sauce and couldn’t help but eat the cartilage. God bless the beautiful souls that work there too, namely ‘Auntie. Every one I came in contact with showed me the warmest welcome and care. Come for the wings but stay for the fine folks!

I wasn’t expecting a lot of meat on each boneless wing, and there wasn’t. I was surprised at the generous amount of fries that came with them; as well as receiving more onion rings than I had expected as a side order. Honey barbecue was a good wing sauce option, without any spicy heat. This restaurant was also generous with additional ranch dressing and ketchup packets. Clean, comfortable seating, with lots of TVs tuned to sports during my visit. Pleasant hosts/waitresses.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM | Friday to Saturday 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM | Sunday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Wings Mania sets itself apart from standard local fare, so it’s perfect for diners looking for a specific regional recipe.
This place specializes in multi-piece bundles designed for large group gatherings, including party packs that range from 30 to 80 pieces.
Their menu includes specialized low-heat seasoning, so that patrons sensitive to extreme spice levels can still enjoy a flavorful meal. They even provide a vast assortment of fried aquatic proteins for pescetarian guests.
It’s also fantastic that they have snack sizes that are perfect for those on a budget. However, be prepared for fluctuating costs since their menu prices aren’t set in stone.
Also, the lowest available quantity for their signature style is quite small, starting at just 5 or 6 pieces. This potentially requires multiple orders to constitute a full, satisfying meal.

This place has the best party wings in the city. Check it out just for that. (a hidden gem) Lemon pepper whole wing!! Prices good. I can vouch for chicken and sides. But they have seafood also… I love this place.
- Philip Jefferson | Google Reviews
Good little wing place. Fresh and hot Everytime I’ve ate here. Celery has been sub par but I never use it. Garlic parmesan is just what I expected, as well as the buffalo sauce. They do drown the wings in sauce. Some pretty decent sides available too. There is a seafood place inside of it as well. I have not tried it as I’m allergic to seafood.

5. Keystone Sports Review

Website: https://keystonesportsreview.com
Address: 2131 E 71st St
Contact: (317) 251-9902
Hours: Monday to Thursday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Friday to Saturday 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM | Sunday 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Upon stepping inside Keystone Sports Review, you’ll immediately see why their “Hall of Fame” chicken wings are marketed as the city’s top offering.
They even have customizable dressing choices, including a “goated” homemade bleu cheese, so you can tailor the taste of their fried shrimp or poultry strips.
Just note that add-ons like celery and carrots are subject to extra fees, and that charge scales up depending on your portion size.
The kitchen also specializes in a unique style of thin-crust pizza, with ingredients distributed completely to the edges to maximize flavor.
If you want to have their food delivered to your place, though, note that they don’t have an online portal. You’ll have to phone your order in or use a third-party delivery app.
Don’t miss out on their indulgent weekday afternoon happy hour, by the way. Though you might want to skip this if you’re consulting with a nutritionist.

Great spot with a wide variety of options. The chicken wings were some of the best in the city—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pizza was just OK, nothing special. Overall, worth returning for the wings alone. A solid place for some great wings and bar food.

Chicken wings with blue cheese is unmatched. Strombolis are also really good. The new location needs some work on the atmosphere but the staff and food are top notch. My favorite place ti go for wings hands down.
