It Took About 30 Minutes
I have been looking for a place to get my colon cleansed, and I found a spot. She was super nice and friendly. I was VERY nervous, but there was actually nothing to be nervous about. It took about 30 minutes for the cleanse. It was clean. I would recommend bringing eye covers and maybe headphones to listen to soothing music and relax as the lights are one. I felt lighter. When I got home, I jumped on the scale and lost 3lbs.

I have had them done in other establishments yet if you’re not comfortable you don’t get the full effect. My husband comes with me and we chat while I get my cleanse.
