1. Indy Furnished Rentals

Contact: (317) 779-1087
Hours: Available 24/7
Finding a place that feels like a real home instead of a sterile hotel room is a priority for many visitors.
Indy Furnished Rentals is great because they offer hybrid flexibility. You can choose a single room to save money or an entire property for total privacy.
During my own recent stay in the city, I spoke with a colleague who stayed in one of their private mansion units. These are historic landmarks with their own kitchens and lots of character.
It’s also fantastic that they offer all-inclusive pricing that covers utilities and fast internet, with no hidden fees. Plus, residents get round-the-clock maintenance support whenever they need it.
However, they don’t offer nightly or weekend rentals. This means that short-term tourists will need to look elsewhere. If you need a month-to-month stay, however, this is a perfect choice.
The place was clean and comfortable
his is my third time staying with Indy Furnished Rentals, and once again, Ariel delivered excellent service. This last time, I took an assignment in Anderson, Indiana and called Ariel to book again in Indianapolis. To my surprise, he had just finished listing a newer apartment in Anderson, only one block away from St. Vincent, right where my assignment was located. I’m so glad I called him! The location was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent as usual. Highly recommend Indy Furnished Rentals to any traveling professionals looking for quality housing.

Landlord prorated and gave deposit back when contract was canceled. He was very understandable and fair. Will definitely recommend his properties.

Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The Avenue Indianapolis is designed to make living near campus as easy as possible for students and staff. Because it’s located on the edge of the IUPUI campus, the entire community is very walkable.
One of the biggest perks is their individual housing contracts. This means you are only responsible for your own rent, even if a roommate suddenly moves out.
They also use lifestyle matching to help you find the right roommates if you are moving in alone. Plus, they have a utility model with a green cap to help you stay eco-friendly.
However, keep in mind that they enforce additional monthly parking fees. You also have to follow a strict guest policy that limits the number of visitors, which might be annoying if you enjoy hosting family.
Went above and beyond
I was looking to relocate to the area for work, and was endlessly searching online. I called and spoke with Breanna, their leasing consultant. She made everything possible for me! Went above and beyond and facetimed me to show me the available units and walked me through the application process and answered all my questions before moving. Without her here it would have been very challenging to move and trust that I was being taken care of and my wants/needs explored! Thank you so much Breanna!

Had a great time with a good community
Lived here for a year and had a great time with a good community. I really liked having housing so close to campus activities. Lynn helped with all my housing questions and concerns fast and efficiently. I could not have asked for better help.

If you’re looking for a new place to live, finding a space that feels like both a home and a hotel can be tough. CozySuites achieves this combination with beautiful interiors that offer a boutique hotel atmosphere.
I visited a downtown unit not long ago and loved the premium amenities, such as the high-thread-count linens. They also have rigorous cleaning checklists to ensure the space is thoroughly sanitized for your arrival.
Furthermore, guests have access to a support team at any time of the day.
Since these are luxury properties, the rates are naturally higher than what you would pay for a normal apartment. You also have to follow strict building rules regarding noise and guests.
While it might feel restrictive, the high-end service and comfort are worth the investment.
The unit was very spacious
The location at the Notch was great, in the middle of everything. I was sent the wrong code to get into the unit door and could not reach the person with the correct code for over an hour. The unit was very spacious and nicely appointed. Although new, the main bathroom was already showing signs of wear from standard equipment.

Such an awesome place to stay
Such an awesome place to stay right in the best part of the city! We will definitely be back. Only took one star off the room because the couch was not very comfortable for two! Everything else was perfect! Maybe throw a love seat in there!

Address: 140 Pope St #1
Contact: (317) 800-7017
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: By Appointment Only
Corporate professionals on a tight schedule really need a living setup that requires zero heavy lifting. The Waverley Apartments makes this easy by offering a streamlined experience through their partnership with National Corporate Housing.
They provide move-in-ready packages that include a professional work-from-home space right on the property. These units come with deluxe appliances and custom furnishings, so you feel at home from day one.
Just a heads-up: some units have minimal storage space due to the floor plan. You’ll have to ask ahead to be sure. And if you have pets, though, you’ll love their pet policy because there are no breed or weight restrictions.
You also need to be aware that the property is near a train track and a helipad, so the noise might bother light sleepers.
One of the best parts of this turnkey lifestyle, though, is that you never have to worry about maintenance like gutter repairs or garage door repairs.
Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful
Lived here almost 2 years. Best apartment experience of all the many that I’ve lived in. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very prompt and courteous. They do community events for people interested in that sort of thing, and the amenities were great. Yes, there is some noise from nearby train and helipad, but that never bothered me and I did not find it disturbing. Would highly recommend living here!

The property is beautiful
Looking for a spot downtown that feels like a little suburb community? Seriously look no further!! The staff (maintenance and leasing office) are SO caring and very responsive. I highly suggest taking the time to get to know them if you decide to move in here! The property is beautiful and has a very homey feel to it! I, unfortunately, had to move off property after a year but I would not hesitate to go back if I made my way back downtown! Best place to live in Downtown Indy!! <3

The Otis at Fort Ben is nestled right in a historic park neighborhood, so you have immediate access to beautiful trails and green spaces.
The management team provides smart home technology, such as Wi-Fi thermostats and keyless entry, to make your life more convenient. They also partner with CORT Furniture if you need a fully furnished apartment.
You can even enjoy an on-site car wash and a relaxing saltwater pool.
Just keep in mind that the furniture is an extra cost and not part of your base rent. Also, some buildings do not have elevators, which can make your move-in day a bit of a workout.
Love the amenities
Sierra was so helpful and kind! Love the amenities and layout of the Birch! Highly recommended coming down and visiting the Otis! If not to move, then just to meet the great staff. Sierra will seriously have you questioning if you should e moving sooner.
