We used Appel for a second opinion on our HVAC. We were told by another company that our whole system needed replaced and that we were low on coolant, probably due to a leak. Quoted $11k. The work area was clean
I had a great experience with Gregg. During my fall service, he brought to my attention that some mold was beginning to form. To be conservative, since I am allergic to mold, I had the source thoroughly cleaned. When Gregg came back, there was more than the first time, and so he recommended an ultraviolet system to play it safe.
