5 Best Dental Implant Clinics in Indianapolis to Bring Back Your Bite

best-dental-implant-indianapolis
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Technology and Techniques: I looked for clinics using modern tools that can make implant planning more precise. I also checked whether their techniques could support faster healing or a calmer surgery experience.

Treatment Fit: I considered whether each clinic handled single implants, full arches, or more complex preparatory work. This helped separate full-mouth centers from practices that can support a wider range of needs.

Patient Comfort: I checked sedation options and how clearly each clinic explained the process. Implant treatment can feel intimidating, so comfort matters throughout the whole visit.

Cost Clarity:
I looked for clinics that made pricing, financing, or insurance support easier to understand. Clear expectations can take pressure off a major dental decision.

Missing a tooth can make meals and photos feel stressful.

When I searched for the best dental implant clinics in Indianapolis, I focused on places that explain the process clearly and offer implant options that feel realistic for different budgets.

For this guide, I focused on implant experience and patient comfort. I also checked whether follow-up support felt clear.

If you’re still sorting out general oral care first, dental clinics can help you know what needs attention before an implant plan. And if your main goal is the look of your smile, cosmetic dentists may also be worth comparing.

How much does a dental implant cost in Indianapolis?

A dental implant in Indianapolis usually costs $3,000 to $6,000 per tooth, while a full-arch restoration can run from $20,000 to $35,000 per arch.

ServiceEstimated Price
Single Dental Implant$3,000 to $6,000 per tooth
Full Arch Restoration$20,000 to $35,000 per arch
Full Mouth Restoration$40,000 to $70,000

1. Implant Dentistry and Periodontics

Address: 8801 North Meridian Street Suite 103

Contact: (317) 574-0600

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM

If gum health is part of your implant plan, Implant Dentistry and Periodontics feels especially thorough.

The clinic combines dental implant restorations with minimally invasive periodontal care, so the foundation of your smile gets attention before placement.

That matters when your implant plan depends on healthy tissue, not just the replacement tooth. Not every dental office is built for that level of periodontal work.

I like that they use options such as Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP) for patients who need extra healing support.

The downside is scheduling. They’re closed on weekends, so you need weekday availability for visits and follow-ups.

Pros

  • Offers advanced laser treatments
  • Uses biological healing treatments
  • Features suture-free gum techniques
  • Provides multiple sedation levels
  • Has versatile restoration options

Cons

  • No weekend appointments

Customer Reviews:

Both turned out very well

Dr. Edwards and his staff have done a great job for me. I had an implant done last year and a gum graft procedure this year. Both turned out very well and I feel that my dental problems have been corrected. I felt very comfortable throughout every visit to the office and appreciate the prompt follow up.

No pain at all

I had a great experience today with Dr. Christman and his assistant Alicia. I got an implant and I was in and out in no time. No pain at all. He played all my jams during the procedure… Dr. Christman is quite the singer too! I heard you singing low key! Lol! The rest of the office staff is awesome too  😉

2. Nuvia Dental Implant Center

Website: nuviasmiles.com

Address: 9002 N Meridian St #222

Contact: (317) 699-8754

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM; Sat-Sun Closed

Anyone considering a full-mouth transformation may find Nuvia Dental Implant Center appealing because the process is built around speed.

The team places permanent zirconia teeth within 24 hours instead of making patients wear temporary acrylic teeth for months. This makes the center better for people ready for a major smile rebuild, not someone testing smaller treatment options.

Their digital planning and in-house lab help keep the turnaround tight. Intravenous (IV) sedation is also included, which can make the visit less intimidating.

The catch is treatment fit. They don’t handle single-tooth implants, and they are not the place for general dental services.

Pros

  • Provides permanent teeth in 24 hours
  • Includes IV sedation at no extra cost
  • Uses an in-house lab for quick results
  • Allows an immediate soft food diet
  • Employs a comprehensive surgical team

Cons

  • No single-tooth implants
  • No general dentistry services

Made me feel at ease

Everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease (even with my dental anxiety). They determined that my teeth were too healthy to extract and that it would be better if I kept them. I appreciate their honesty and if I do ever need assistance with implants, I know where I’ll go

3. Indianapolis Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center

Website: indianapolisoralsurgery.com

Address: 1320 N. Post Rd

Contact: (317) 900-4535

Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu 8 AM-5 PM; Wed & Fri 8 AM-1 PM; Sat-Sun Closed

Complex implant cases can feel scary, especially when bone grafting is involved.

Indianapolis Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center is a strong choice for that kind of work because the practice has decades of surgical experience and advanced 3D computed tomography (CT) imaging.

That extra surgical focus is useful when a regular dentist has already said the case is not straightforward.

The team can handle foundational procedures such as ridge augmentation before implant placement. In-house sedation also helps make bigger procedures feel more manageable.

The main drawback is the schedule. They close early on Wednesdays and Fridays, and they don’t offer weekend appointments.

Pros

  • Led by a board-certified surgeon
  • Uses advanced 3D CT scanning
  • Equipped for complex bone grafting
  • Features an advanced surgical suite
  • Maintains a very high success rate

Cons

  • Limited Wednesday and Friday hours
  • No weekend appointments

Customer Reviews:

The best

Dr. Falender‘s skills and knowledge are just outstanding. And his staff is very friendly and helpful. I received several implants over the years and just recently had all teeth extracted and then 6 implants added. Both were major surgeries but everything went as smooth as it could be. Dr. Falender followed up with phone calls to ensure  I was ok. As every time, I was in the best hands! Various friends of mine had received similar treatments elsewhere and had complications afterwards. Dr. Falender definitely is the best!

Address: 7950 Shadeland Ave #200

Contact: (317) 596-9700

Hours: Mon-Thu 8 AM-5 PM; Fri 8 AM-12 PM; Sat-Sun Closed

For patients watching their budget, Indiana Dentures and Implants keeps the process easier to understand.

The facility has an on-site lab and a clear price guarantee, which helps reduce the uncertainty that often comes with implant treatment. That setup is helpful if you want fewer handoffs and quicker tweaks to the final fit during treatment.

Zirconia is standard for full-arch restorations here, so patients aren’t pushed into a premium upgrade just to get stronger materials. I also appreciate that the same dentist stays involved from extraction to final placement.

The catch is availability. They close at noon on Fridays and stay closed on weekends.

Pros

  • Offers a clear best price guarantee
  • Uses durable zirconia as standard
  • Features an on-site dental lab
  • Provides reliable continuity of care
  • Offers single implants and dentures

Cons

  • Closes at noon on Fridays
  • No weekend appointments

Customer Reviews:

Great service, very honest people

Great service, very honest people. I’m 22 and I hate my teeth I have some pain when eating. I went in looking to get them all pulled and they told me my teeth are in great condition and they won’t pull them. But recommend me to a dentist to get them cleaned filled and capped rather than pulling them all for something this small

I had an exceptional experience

5. Indy East Periodontics & Dental Implants

indy-east-periodontics-dental-implants

Website: indyeastperio.com

Address: 115 N Shortridge Rd, Ste 100

Contact: (317) 357-2235

Hours: Mon & Wed 8 AM-4 PM; Tue & Thu 8 AM-5 PM; Fri 8 AM-2 PM; Sat-Sun Closed

A conservative treatment style can be reassuring when you’re nervous about surgery. Indy East Periodontics & Dental Implants focuses on jaw and gum health first, then recommends implant surgery only when it makes sense for the patient.

That approach is helpful if your gums need attention before an implant, to ensure it can last long-term without rushing. Their board-certified periodontists can also prepare the mouth with procedures such as sinus lifts and gum flap surgery before placement.

Plus, I like that they work in-network with preferred provider organization (PPO) dental insurance plans.

The downside is scheduling. Friday hours end early, and weekend visits aren’t available.

Pros

  • Led by board-certified periodontists
  • Uses a conservative treatment approach
  • Accepts many PPO insurance plans
  • Offers flexible financing options
  • Provides preparatory implant procedures

Cons

  • Shortened Friday hours
  • No weekend appointments

Customer Reviews:

Overall, I am very pleased

I had 2 dental implants and Dr Lane was very professional in the procedure.  She made sure I was numb before starting the procedure and made sure I had no pain.  I have had minor discomfort following the procedure.  Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Dr Lane.

· Charles Martin | Google Review

Clearly explaining the aspects

Dr Lane removed my wisdom teeth and inserted a dental implant for me recently. As a patient I truly appreciated her clearly explaining the aspects of the procedure I was concerned with. I came away clearly  understanding the costs and goals of my procedure. She took care to consider any problems I could potentially have and made me truly feel like more then just another person coming through the door.
I travelled from Bloomington multiple times and highly recommend Dr Lane to anyone feeling inhibited about implants!
